What’s new:
As viewed from the street, no work was seen being done on the 1855 nor the 1930 house during the summer, fall, and winter of 2025 or the winter and spring of 2026. Work is happening with the 1957 house in the back, which is not visible from the street.

The new owner said that he has been busy with other projects.
